Join the best girl gang in town for a pot-luck picnic and a whole lot of fun in The Grove.
Bring something to eat and share, something to sit on, and something twinkly to light up the park as the sun goes down!
We’ve got everything crossed for sunshine this year!
The AGM is upon us again in June!
Our annual general meeting is a chance to reflect on the previous year and take care of all manner of WI business including committee and president elections.
We’ll also be discussing 2018’s resolution Plastic Soup and examining how we can cut down on plastic use.
In April, we’ll be joined by award-winning writer and editor Catherine Grey. Catherine quit alcohol back in 2013, and is the author of best-selling book, The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober.
About the book: Going sober will make you happier, healthier, wealthier, slimmer and sexier. Despite all of these upsides, it's easier said than done. This inspirational, aspirational and highly relatable narrative champions the benefits of sobriety; combining the author's personal experience, factual reportage, contributions from experts and self-help advice.
Let’s talk about sex baby!
Got a question about sex and relationships?
In February's fab meeting we'll be joined by a crack panel of sex and relationship experts, who will be answering questions submitted (anonymously!) in advance. Keep your eyes peeled in January for details on how to submit your questions.
The panel will be led by Dr Karen Gurney, AKA "The Sex Doctor". Check her our on Instagram here.
Our March meeting tackles mindfulness, meditation, and how to break up with your phone.
